Outside the front door there is a flagged area suitable for dining al-fresco. Surrounding this patio there are well maintained lawns and with specimen trees. The garden has the sound of water falling into the pool at the side of the path to the main house.
The shaded terrace underneath the cottage provides a cool place to sit out of the summer sun with the sound of water which flows from a spring and falls into a pool.
This area is now a small museum depicting the former method of washing clothes. The fireplace was used to produce charcoal to remove stains prior to the coming of detergents.
The swimming pool is shared with guests in the accommodation at the quinta
Prior to March (or 6 weeks before start date, if earlier) this property will not be sold separately but will be included in Quinta de Boa Vista.
