This single story villa was converted from riding stables in 1995 and is now elegant yet comfortable. Its large open plan living/dining room has an airy, Mediterranean feel with windows to the front and rear. With a large open fireplace and beautiful wooden ceilings, this room is full of character. The kitchen, which is accessed from the dining room, is modern and fully equipped.

There are three bedrooms - two double rooms and one further room with bunk beds, with space for an additional bed. The two double rooms both have space for a cot, which can be provided on request. The rooms are all beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The villa's bathroom and separate shower room are luxurious with a freestanding bath and marble sink surrounds.

Guests also have access to the extensive facilities available on the large estate which surrounding the villa, including a large luxury swimming pool. The outdoor sitting area, under a vine-clad pergola, is ideal for guests seeking some shade.

This villa is ideal for children and there are numerous facilities on the estate to keep them busy, including a sand pit, climbing frame and trampoline and farm animals for children to feed.

Adults are invited to join the owner for a tour of the winery and wine tasting.

These outdoor facilities are shared with guests staying at the two other villas on the estate.

Extremely well located, this villa is only 35 kms north of Lisbon and 25kms from long, sandy beaches. Ericeira, a coastal town famous for its fish and seafood restaurants is only 25 minutes drive away. Cascais and Estoril, two fabulous resort towns with beaches with sheltered waters are 45 kms away.

There are many interesting towns to visit, within a an hour's drive of this villa, including the medieval town of Obidos, the religious shrine at Fatima, the Monastery of Alcobaca, the Monastery of Batalha and Sintra with its beautiful Palaces.
