Casa Ellena is a beautiful 3 bedroom detached villa with lovely sea views in the popular Luz Parque area of Praia da Luz. Although in a quiet area, the villa is within reasonable walking distance of the town centre, restaurants and all amenities. Most of the rooms open onto the spacious, private pool area and garden which is a sun lover’s paradise! A spiral staircase from the hallway leads to a roof terrace with stunning views. There is a barbecue, table and chairs and more than adequate sun beds. The entrance hall leads into a spacious dining area from which there are a couple of steps down to the bright, sunny lounge in which there is a TV with a few satellite channels, a music centre and DVD player. In the lounge there is a log burner and the whole property benefits from central heating (available at extra cost). There are two further good sized bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double and a single also with ample built in wardrobes. There is a further fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower. The large swimming pool (10m x 5m), can be heated if required at extra cost. The whole property is enclosed by walls and hedges with a gate which leads to the driveway, where there is private parking.
