Property description

Villa Coruja is a lovely, older style, property set in private grounds and close to the popular, yet traditional fishing village of Salema. The villa is surrounded by well established gardens with lawn, shrubs and bushes, old trees and a great variety of flowers and indigenous plants. The villa is laid out on two levels. All three bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. Two of the bedrooms have sliding patio doors that open out onto a raised terrace, which has steps leading down to the pool. The third bedroom has patio doors that lead out into the garden area. Upstairs is found the lounge/diner furnished in a country style with feature fireplace and Satelite TV with free to view German channels. The fully equipped kitchen containing washing machine, dish washer, microwave, fridge/freezer and electric cooker is also situated upstairs along with a separate cloakroom. From the lounge and upstairs terrace you are able to enjoy the magnificent views over the surrounding unspoilt countryside and distant sea view. The villa has electric central heating (charged locally) and so can be rented all year round. Villa Coruja provides the perfect base for exploring the beaches and admiring the scenery of the western Algarve. Access to the villa from the road, is via an unmade track. Mobile internet is also available via a USB device for an additional charge on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee network coverage.
