Property description

The main staircase leads to a galleried landing area from which the master double bedroom and two further twin rooms are located. Each of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The master room enjoys countryside and mountain views to the front of the villa. The twin rooms have balconies with either garden or pool view. The garden is set to lawn at the front and sides with feature plants and trees. The pool terrace is of traditional calcada type with ample space for catching the best of the sun. A generous undercover area is available from both the dining room and lounge and has outdoor seating, tables and sun beds. A built-in barbeque is situated to one side of the villa. There are two restaurants located in nearby Alcalar along with a village store selling basic provisions. Villa Evora is situated 13km inland from the beautiful beaches and the bustling traditional fishing town of Alvor with its many restaurants and bars. With a backdrop of the Monchique Mountains, and easy access to the motorway the villa is an excellent base for exploring the Western Algarve for family and golfing holidays alike. The Championship golf course at Penina is less than 10 minutes drive and the new Autodrome racing circuit is less than 10km away.
