Property description

Perched on a cliff edge with expansive southerly sea views, Vista Oceano is a recently completed multi-level, fully air conditioned villa overlooking the beach of Salema. Internet access is also available via a router. Please note that we cannot guarantee network coverage. The villa is accessed via a secure gated entrance. Contemporary elements are cleverly and tastefully mixed with beautiful pieces collected from Asia and Africa which gives the interior a remarkable ambience. The large sunlit entrance hall divides into two parts: to the right is a study, TV- room with sea view, shower room and access to the front terrace with pool. To the left is the main living area with split level dining and living room with open plan kitchen, all with sea view and access to the terrace. The kitchen benefits from centrally positioned sink and electric oven and hob, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining area provides seating for ten people. A feature log burning fire divides the dining and lounge area. this relaxing area has an LCD Satelite TV with English and German free to view channels. A wide staircase leads from the hall upstairs to three double bedrooms, two with en suite bathroom and one with walk-in shower. These bedrooms have sea view and terraces. Another staircase leads to a midlevel bedroom - the only one without a sea view, with en suite walk-in shower room plus a walk-in wardrobe. A self contained apartment is located downstairs. This has a double bedroom and bathroom along with a lounge area with LCD TV. A beautifully spacious terrace offers magnificent views with comfortable loungers, chairs and table. There is separate access to the apartment from outside, leading upstairs to the pool area. The pool is long and narrow and runs the full width of the villa. It can be heated for an additional charge. The villa also benefits from having a portable BBQ, alarm system and wireless internet access. Under floor heating makes the villa an ideal choice for winter rentals. You may want to consider whether Vista Oceano is suitable if you have young children due to the many stairs and high terraces. Vista Oceano is a no smoking villa.
