The resort offers spacious, self contained and tastefully furnished ground and first floor apartments on a bed and continental breakfast basis. The 1 bedroom apartments in the Orange Boulevard have views over lawns interspersed with orange trees and other native plants and are ideal for couples, small families and golfing, club or business groups who want to enjoy comfort and privacy in a leisurely setting. The pool is a short walk of approximately 100m. The 25 apartments in this block are of modern and contemporary design and come with a fully functional kitchen and air conditioning, with electric underfloor heating in all bathrooms. Each apartment has a large flat panel television with a choice of channels from cable and satellite, as well as a direct dial telephone and safe. Maid service is daily (not bank holidays) and a laundry service for personal items is available for an additional cost. There is parking provided within the perimeter of the resort or closer in a dedicated area adjacent to the local access road. All apartments are of similar design and layout. Access is through a solid wood entrance door into a hallway, or via a flight of stairs in the first floor apartments, from which you enter the open plan lounge and kitchen area and access the bathroom and bedroom. The apartments have a kitchen integrated into one end of the lounge wall which can be closed off by use of an electric shutter. The kitchens are equipped with Fridge freezer, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle and toaster along with crockery, cutlery and utensils to cater for maximum occupancy. The lounge offers a dining table and four chairs, comfortable sofa and TV. Patio doors give access to the terrace/balcony where for ground floor apartments there is a wooden table and two chairs for outside dining. The first floor apartments have a narrower balcony with better views and two chairs. The bedroom consists of twin beds made up as a double with dressing table and chairs and fitted wardrobe space. A digital safe is located in the wardrobe. Colina Verde has its own 9 hole par 3 golf course located alongside the main block and pool area. It is suitable for players of all levels and straightforward enough to be enjoyable for beginners but also testing enough for seasoned players wishing to sharpen their ironplay and short game. With average playing time of one and a half hours there is plenty of time prior to playing at one of the area’s 18 hole courses. Breakfast is available in the Terrace restaurant located in a central position in the main block. The restaurant and bar caters for meals, snacks and drinks throughout the day. In summer a separate poolside bar is available. Colina Verde offers gym facilities that include cardio equipment. To relieve aches and pains, or to just relax, guests have the use of a Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and steam room. Two rooms are available for spa treatments which can be arranged at reception. Colina Verde also boasts a football/rugby training pitch and can cater for teams wanting to take advantage of the mild Algarve climate. The resort is an ideal location for business meetings, hobby groups and sports clubs as it offers a 40 seat meeting room.
