Property description

A 3 bedroom linked villa with extensive gardens in the popular Luz Parque residential area just outside of Praia da Luz. The other villa is not occupied whilst Villa Orlando is rented, giving exclusive use of solar heated pool and gardens. The garden is edged by fences, hedges, flowers, established trees and lawn providing privacy for the garden, large pool terrace and built in BBQ. The villa is constructed on two levels: downstairs are found the three bedrooms and the bathrooms, and upstairs is the living area and kitchen. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors that lead out onto the downstairs terrace, gardens and pool area. The kitchen, fitted with white wood effect units, contains a dish washer, microwave and cooker. The lounge/dining area contains two sofas and cane chairs, positioned around a glass topped coffee table. There is also a Satelite TV with free to view German and English channels, situated next to the open fireplace. Sliding patio doors open out onto the balcony over looking the garden and pool area, where a patio table and chairs are provided for outdoor dining. The dining area, where you can eat and admire the lovely sea view, also has a set of sliding patio doors leading out onto the balcony. Villa Orlando also has a washing machine for the maid's use only, but the maid will wash laundry for a small local charge. The villa is centrally heated too, perfect for all year round rental. Mobile internet is also available via a USB device for an additional charge on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee network coverage.
