The property is a comfortably furnished residencia consisting of six double (twins pushed together) bedrooms and two separate 1 bedroom apartments and can be rented as a complete unit providing exclusive use of facilities for up to a maximum of 23 people. There is a communal lounge and dining room. Full access to all kitchen facilities is available. The bedrooms are air conditioned and three of them can sleep up to three people.The two 1 bedroom apartments have air conditioning, TV, small fridge radio and small kitchenette with toaster and coffee machine. They can sleep up to 4 people in each. For security, there is a small safe in one of the rooms.
