Property description
This small villa is situated in the Atalaia area of Lagos. It is close to local amenities, but has a countryside feel complimented by views to the west. The main entrance leads to a small lounge with pine dining suite, comfortable sofa and chairs and TV. An archway leads to an annexe that has an extra divan bed for a fifth person and access to the kitchen that has the usual facilities, plus washing machine and dishwasher in an adjacent utility room. The double bedroom is at the front of the villa and has an en- suite shower room. From this bedroom there is an access door to the garden and pool area beyond. The twin bedroom is located at the side of the villa and has the use of a separate shower room. It has sliding doors to a side terrace that leads to the front garden and pool area. A terraced area at the rear of the villa has a built in BBQ with covered preparation area and patio furniture. From here a wooden vine covered pergola leads through a stepped garden to the side of the villa.
