Property description

Villa Fumone is situated in an elegant residential area north of the Meridien/Penina golf resort, in the quiet area of Serra E Mar. The property is set amongst beautiful gardens containing mature trees and shrubs. Villa Fumone is mainly laid out on one level, making it suitable for wheelchair users. It is tastefully furnished throughout, and has a spacious, modern, fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. The main floor area of the lounge contains comfortable sofas and armchairs, along with a wooden coffee table. A couple of steps lead down into a separate seating area, with feature fireplace, Satelite TV showing free to view German and English channels, and a small Hi-Fi system. There are also another couple of steps taking you down to the dining table with seating for eight. The spacious kitchen is accessed via an archway at the end of the lounge. The two double bedrooms both have en- suite bathrooms , whilst the two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. The villa also has a separate cloakroom. Outside, the salt water swimming pool is set in the large lawn with ample terrace for sun beds. A large covered terracotta-terrace offers both shade and plenty of space for dining outside and there is also a BBQ available. Please note that this villa is non-smoking and the washing machine is for use by the maids only and not for guests to use. Mobile internet is also available via a USB device for an additional charge on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee network coverage.
