Perola Da Lagoa is a new golf development nestled within a pine forest overlooking the beautiful Obidos lagoon.
The villa, under the same name, is a semi-detached, totally private property. It has been tastefully decorated and furnished in the modern style.

Accommodation

This is a two-storey villa.
On the ground floor, there is a large open plan living/dining room with Satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The dining area has a table seating up to 8 persons and 4 French doors leading to the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. There is also a washing-machine and a spin dryer.
The 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor.
The master bedroom benefits from splendid views over the Obidos Lagoon. It has a double bed, an ensuite shower room, security safe and the added feature of a balcony with table and chairs.
The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a separate bathroom which has a jacuzzi bath and shower. One of the bedrooms also has a balcony.
The villa has central heating.

The patio area has a barbecue and an attractive, blue tiled table and chairs.
Adjacent to the patio area is a stunning swimming-pool with a beautiful ‘cascade’ waterfall. The swimming pool is surrounded by palm trees and decking. There are also sun lounges for total relaxation.
There is a garage which has direct access to the house. There are also bicycles for guests use.

Perola da Lagoa Villa is located only twenty minutes by car from the beautiful medieval walled town of Obidos. The town boasts a Castle, cobbled streets, quaint shops, wine tasting and bougainvillea which adorns all the houses in summertime. Obidos also hosts al fresco operas at certain times of the year. These occasions are always very special because of the backdrop of this truly historic town.
Nearby is the famous Praia Del Rey golf resort and also the new Bom Sucesso golf resort. The area also benefits from breathtaking sandy beaches, some of which are particularly popular with surfers. There are a number of bars scattered along the coastline towards the fishing town of Peniche serving delicious local food. The area is also famous for its wide choice of fish restaurants located near the local fishing port.
Only 2 minutes from the house is a cycle track that goes all around the lagoon.
Bird watching, jet skiing, sailing, fishing, deep sea fishing, hiking are other activities that can be enjoyed in the region.
Lisbon’s international airport is approximately a 1 hour drive from the villa.
