The town of Sintra has been classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and is eight kilometres from the villa.

This coast has many sandy beaches and is very popular with surfer and windsurfers who enjoy the wind which blows most afternoons.

Casa Turquesa is in an 1800 square metres property in a residential area surrounded by typical family villas and sheltered by tall pine trees.

This two storey holiday house is comfortably furnished and has all amenities.

It is close to the restaurants, cafes and shops of the village.

There are also two twin bedrooms with views to the garden. One is more suitable for children and one has a small balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

On the same floor there is a bathroom and a spacious living room with fireplace, cable television, VCR, DVD and radio.

Steps lead to the lower floor which has one double bedroom with en suite shower room and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a dishwasher.

There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Next to the kitchen there is a dining room with French windows opening to the pool area and a patio.

Heating is charged separately.

The swimming pool is 4,2 by 8 metres with a depth varying from 0,9 to 1,90 metres.
