Casa do Riacho sits on the side of a hill above the village of Moledo, near Caminha and the border with northern Spain. Moledo is justly famous for its long, sandy Atlantic beaches and has cafes full of sun seekers particulary during the month of August.

There are 3 twin bedrooms, one with adjoining beds, and a single bedroom. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathroom and the other 2 have ensuite shower room.

The open plan lounge and dining room has a large French windows which opens to the garden and swimming pool. From the front of the house there is a large window which enjoys splendid views of the ocean. The cosy lounge has a large sofa, fireplace, television, CD player and radio. The dining table seats up to 10 people.

The kitchen occupies an area of the open plan lounge / dining room. It features a large window overlooking the pool area and is fully fitted with 4 hobs, cooker, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a toaster.

On the ground floor there is a double room with bathroom, a single bedroom room and a separate bathroom.

The laundry is also located on this floor and has a washing machine.

There is a garage for 3 cars.

The extensive, lawned garden is surrounded by stone walls and is totally secluded. The swimming pool measures 10m x 5 meters with a depth varying from 0,9 to 1,8 meters. There is a bathroom in the pool area and also a safety swimming pool cover.

There is also a portable barbecue extensive and leisure equipment such as table tennis table and bicycles.

Vila Praia de Ancora is only a few kilometres away and has some good restaurants and cafes along the beach.

About 10 kilometers to the north is Caminha which has several bars and a nightclub. This area of Caminha is famous for its nightlife, especially at weekends.

15 kilometers away is the historic old sailing port of Viana do Castelo which is definitely worth visiting. Viana has many excellent restaurants, bars, cinemas, a shopping centre, swimming pools and a bowling alley. The Santa Luzia temple on the top of the hill has unforgettable views which are claimed to be among the most beautiful in Europe.

A recently built motorway provides easy access to the Galicia region in Spain and to Porto which has the nearest Portuguese International airport which is about 80 kilometers away.
