The locally produced wine is considered to be one of the best in the country.

Another bedroom is locked and contains the owner's personal effects.

The sitting room has a traditional Alentejo fireplace and comfortable seating.

A couple of steps leads you into the spacious dining room with seating for up to 12 people.

Adjacent to this room is a fully fitted kitchen.

The swimming pool is in the mature garden with lawn and fruit trees, surrounded by olive groves for natural shade.

There are various activities available in the surrounding area such as horse riding, golf, hiking and bird-watching.

The owner reserves the right to occupy an extra self contained unit on the property.

She understands that when the house is rented out as a single unit the clients will have total privacy, no interference and exclusive use of the swimming pool.
