The villa is located in the Lima valley, in the North of Portugal and is surrounded by beautiful, natural landscapes. Just a 10 minute walk away is the ECOVIA, a path which follows the Lima river banks, and is ideal for walkers or cyclists who will enjoy the amazing views while taking in the pure air.

Only 2 kms away are the Bertiandos Lagoons, a protected area considered of great environmental importance.

Main house
On the ground floor, there is large sitting-room which has flat screen television, Cable TV, DVD and CD players, games table and a corner area with toys for children. The room features a fireplace and a large French window with direct access to the garden.

The dining room, which opens onto the garden, has a large table seating up to 14 people.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.

The bedrooms are located on the upper floor. There are 3 twin bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms. They all have ensuite bathroom or shower room.

One bedroom has a balcony with a staircase giving direct access to the exterior.

Cottage
The cottage has a double bedroom and separate bathroom. The open plan kitchenette is fitted with 2 electric hobs, oven, small fridge and microwave. The lounge area has a sofa bed, flat screen television, Cable TV and table for 4 people. A large French window gives direct access to the pool area.

Both the main house and cottage have central heating.

The covered terrace has a table for outdoor dining and table football.

Also in the garden, there is a basketball hoop and a small single football goal.

The laundry is set in an independent building and has washing machine.

There are also a couple of restaurants only 500 metres from Casa Oliveiras de Santa Comba.

Ponte de Lima golf course is a few kilometres from the house and also has an excellent restaurant.

The villa is at a short distance from modern fast roads which gives easy access to the old sailing port of Viana do Castelo, the Peneda-Geres National Park, Braga, Guimaraes and Porto, as well as to the Spanish towns of Vigo and Baiona.

The international airport in Porto is approximately a 1 hour drive from the house.
