It is separated by a small wall from the dining room which has a table seating up to 12 persons.

In the corridor, there is a hand built double bed which is hidden by a curtain. There is also an independent bathroom.

Spiral staircase gives onto the first floor where there are four double bedrooms. Two of them have en suite shower room. The other two bedrooms share one bathroom.

On the former threshing floor, a few stairs from the dining room lead on to a cosy lounge decorated with traditional Portuguese furniture.

This room has is a sofa suitable for three persons, two armchairs and two extra sofa beds surrounding a fireplace. There is a TV, DVD and CD players.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms. Both have French windows with views to the garden and en suite shower room. One bedroom has a small double bed and the other twin beds and a cot.

For outdoor meals, there is a covered area with a barbecue, a table seating 14 people and a kitchen with a 4 ring cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Next to it there is a small lovely house with toys for children.
In the garden there are also two children's football goal nets.

Few stairs lead down to the pool area surrounded by an extensive lawned garden.

The swimming pool is 10 metres by 4 metres and the depth is from 1 to 2 metres.

For horses lovers, there is a horse riding centre at approximately 2,5 kms.

The property is also at 3 kms from the long sandy Atlantic beaches, in Apulia - a village very well known for the small beach side restaurants serving fresh fish and seafood caught on the day by the local fishermen.

The town of Braga and Oporto airport are both at about 30 kms away.
