On the large estate of Quinta de Mouraes this villa is well located near the famous Douro River. It has excellent outdoor facilities, including a large garden and two swimming pools including a children's pool which are shared with any guests staying in the other house on the estate.

The villa's spacious living room is equipped with an original fireplace, a bar, a TV and internet connection. There is a wooden balcony running alongside the living room which leads to the dining room, a lovely room which seats eight people comfortably. The traditional kitchen, reached from the living room, is fully equipped offering all you need for your stay, including a dishwasher and washing machine.

The villa's terrace, which is the perfect place to enjoy the long summer evenings, has magnificent views over the villa's vast gardens.

The sleeping accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, one twin and one single bedroom. All rooms have an ensuite bathroom, telephone and central heating.
