Casa do Pinhal is a beautiful house situated in a small village in the hills of Northern Portugal, which uses traditional farming with small fields.
Orbacem is a rural haven, 6 miles from the sea, allowing easy access to the sleepy coastal fishing and market towns.
Casa do Pinhal has been decorated and furnished in traditional style to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests.

Accommodation

The ground floor has a sitting/dining room with two double doors opening onto a terrace ideal for outdoor dining. There is comfortable seating and a dining table to seat up to eight people.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas cooker with oven, etc. A door leads onto the garden.
A short flight of steps up from the dining/sitting room leads to the first floor, where are three bedrooms each with two single beds.
One of the bedrooms has an ensuite shower room and doors leading onto a balcony with a spectacular view across the valley.
There is a separate full bathroom to be shared by the other two bedrooms.

Outside

Outside there is a garden around the house and a covered barbecue area. The swimming pool is10 metres by 4,5 metres and the depth is from 1 to 2 metres.
The house is about 12 kms. from the small town of Ancora where there are shops, bars, beaches and restaurants.
About 18 kilometers away is the old sailing city of Viana do Castelo. A similar distance to the north is the small town of Caminha, where younger members of the party can find the night life.
In close proximity, we have similar houses which might suit a large party of up to 16 persons or more
